The hotel was small, spent my time really good here. The staff were exceptionally nice, had a great attitude. The location was great and lovely - within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. I dined close to the property at Moonlight Diner & Grille.

The bed was too soft here.

Every staff member was very attentive and excellent. - Our room was well decorated and brand-new, including a shower, Queen bed, and an electric heater. - the food was fresh and included coffee, tea, toast, yogurt, and fresh fruit. - Nice and ideal location to attractions like Colonial Shopping Center, near the hotel.

The room had a nice bed and a spotlessly clean bathroom. the location is particularly good for exploring Williamstown, with wonderful restaurants, shopping options, and a picturesque college nearby. the downtown area also offers great dining options.

Breakfast with bagels, various breads and fresh fruit. Super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff and quick to respond. Nice building, particularly good and beautiful location near the downtown area where there are wonderful restaurants and shopping as well as a picturesque college, Williams College and MassMOCA and local sightseeing.

That hotel was in a comfy location, in the center of a college town. The continental breakfast had good choice of choices. The staff members were excellent and thoughtful.

Very expensive for an out of date motel. If room was 50 dollars less per night, I would not be as harsh.

The location of this place is perfect for an overnight stay, and I really enjoyed starting my day with a delicious breakfast on the deck.

Our room had a comfy queen bed, excellent WiFi, and a useful writing table, all for a reasonable price, and we loved the convenient location near the town center.

This hotel is located in a great area with easy access to popular attractions and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and excellent amenities. We loved the stunning mountain views from our room, and the indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable at times.
